Refunds & Treatment Adjustments

Orthodontic treatment is a personalized medical service that begins once records are taken and appliances are custom-fabricated. As such, full refunds are unlikely once treatment has started. Refunds, if applicable, are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on how much of the treatment has been completed, any appliances that have been ordered or delivered, and the terms of your signed treatment contract.
