Diamond Braces offers orthodontic services through a digital-first platform that supports appointment scheduling, virtual consultations, and in-office treatment coordination. Please note that we do not sell or ship physical products through our website.
No Product Shipments
All services provided on diamondbraces.com are appointment-based and delivered either in person at one of our orthodontic offices or through virtual care options. There are no physical items fulfilled or shipped as part of our service model. Accordingly, there are no shipping fees, delivery timelines, or tracking numbers associated with any transaction.
Appointment Confirmations
After scheduling an appointment, patients will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing their visit details. Appointment reminders and pre-visit instructions may also be sent electronically.
