Responsibilities:

Office manager recruits, trains, manages, and disciplines employees. Communicates job expectations and job performance. Leads team to excellent customer service levels and enhances sales revenue growth. Prepares office budget and schedules expenditures. Develops, maintains, and enhances systems for customer service and satisfaction. Communicate with all personnel to maintain office safety, legal compliance, effective operations, and to enhance office success and growth. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Skills:

Successful candidates must demonstrate the following strengths: leadership, people management, business management, and decision-making. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to excellent customer service. Teamwork, adaptability, a high tolerance for stress and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are key.

Qualifications:

Must have office management experience, preferably in a dental office.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in dental/orthodontic office required.

Experience Requirements:

Prior manager/supervisory experience required; prior customer service experience required; prior dental/orthodontic office experience preferred.
