This position is full-time. Local travel between offices may be required.

Essential Functions
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, utilizing verbal and written communication skills
- Manage appointments, optimizing patient flow
- Greet and present patients with necessary information and documentation
- Enter customer demographic information into the Patient Management Software following established protocols
- Import all corresponding information into Patient Management Software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Verify Insurance Eligibility, policy usage and limitations; Follow up with patients on benefits and insurance coverage as needed
- Assist in updating and maintaining patient dental records
- Follow-up and maintain contact with patients who are unscheduled for treatment
- Provide support to dentists and staff as needed
- Drive personal and office performance by achieving goals as set by the company
