Responsibilities:

Deliver high clinical standards to all patients. Communicate with clinical director and dental colleagues regarding concerns. Follow all established guidelines in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations. Lead pediatric dental team in delivering high standards of care and educating patients and their parents on proper oral health. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Skills:

Successful candidates must demonstrate the following strengths: decision making and communication proficiency; excellent judgment; problem solving and analysis; time management and efficiency.

Qualifications:

A degree from accredited dental school; completion of a pediatric dental residency program; licensed to practice in the state of NY.

Education Requirements:

Completion of degree from an accredited dental school and pediatric dental residency program.

Experience Requirements:

At least 2 years of working in hygiene-based high-volume pediatric dental settings.
