Annual Smiloween Contest 2019
Another Happy Halloween is in the books! Diamond Braces held our annual Smiloween costume contest, and we were thrilled at all the amazing submissions.
Joanna Wisniewska has already been a beloved member of the Diamond Braces community ?? and we ??re so glad she ??s staying with us on the next chapter of her professional life, where she ??ll take on a new role as Diamond Braces ?? Training and Development Manager!
Previously, Joanna worked as head Treatment Coordinator at Diamond Braces in Astoria, Queens . After four years with the office, she ??s sad to say goodbye. But great things await for Joanna, who will now spend time between offices across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, to help train new Treatment Coordinators and onboard new TC hires. It ??s an exciting opportunity for Joanna to share her skills with the rest of the TCs, and for all the Diamond Braces teams to benefit from her experience and superb skill.
Treatment Coordinators play an important part of the orthodontic care at Diamond Braces. TCs help us honor our commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience for everyone we treat. Whether braces or Invisalign, child, teen, or adult, our Treatment Coordinators help each patient and their family understand the treatment process every step of the way. T hey provide important guidance and support to our patients and their families, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable orthodontic experience every single time!
It takes time to develop the skill and expertise necessary to provide truly exceptional service as a Treatment Coordinator, which is why Joanna ??s 10 years of management experience made her an obvious choice to move into her new role as Training and Development Manager. We ??re so proud to have her on our team, and we look forward to her continued success in the new role!
Joanna is thrilled to be embarking on this new adventure, though she was sad to say goodbye to her beloved team at Diamond Braces Astoria, Queens NY! Each Diamond Braces office is unique, but every team comes to feel like a true family ?? one of the many reasons our employees rave about working for Diamond Braces!
When she ??s not at Diamond Braces, she stays busy with a host of other past-times. Top of the list? Ballroom dancing! ??I ??ve been doing it for 15 years, ? She tells us! When she ??s not dancing, she and her husband enjoy traveling and entertaining family and friends.
Thanks for checking in, Joanna: and congratulations on your new position with the Diamond Braces family! We ??re so glad to have you on board in this new role, and look forward to the benefits of your amazing contribution to our team.
